Woman Cooks Meth at Walmart While Held for Shoplifting

A St. Louis-area woman allegedly cooked up some meth in the holding room of a Walmart, where she was being detained on suspicion of shoplifting.

Had a moron pull out in front of me a few years ago. Rural highway, and I had the right of way, but hit him.
Both vehicles driveable-and he fled the scene before I could get a license number. He was never apprehended because of that, even though I could describe the car to a 'T'.

State patrolman that investigated and filed the accident report said one or MORE things were likely going on with the driver.
(A) No license
(B) No insurance
(C) Outstanding warrants

(D)Potrable meth lab. Sadly, I could only agree..
