Or it might not have had a cause at all.

You didn't answer my question.

Your "stand" is yours alone. I challenge you to find ANYONE who shares your illogical opinion.

Ownership implies rights to the Owner. England enjoys NO such rights for the English language.

Prove me wrong.

Let me answer the question if you can not, They are called the English solely because it belongs to them.

Jazz music "originated" in the United States. Do we own it?
The sport of Basketball originated here.
I can give a thousand such examples.

Can you find ANYONE that has ever posted ANYWHERE on the internet that agrees with you?

No?

What does this tell you?

The problem is, you can't just invent a phrase like "ownership by origination" and claim it to be a well-established truth. I've just searched Google for this exact phrase. It came up with 6 results, 3 of which were from Topix.

If it were that simple, we could coin the phrase "ownership by association" and, given the number of people that have associated with you on this message board, I'd say you've been well and truly owned.

A consensus regarding a single universal definition of complex system does not yet exist.
I'm aware of that. Complexity may be measured a number of different ways depending on what they're needed for. However Bo claims to be using a particular system and that by using that system it demonstrates life was magically poofed by magic Jews. So I wanna know how his system measures paper planes, space shuttles, and living organisms, and what the demarcation lines are between designed and non-designed, poofed and non-poofed, and how he was able to determine this via the scientific method.

It's been a few years now.

Unnecessary, since I didn't make a positive claim there, I merely described a few possibilities. YOU did. And you didn't bother to present evidence.

<quoted text>I see you are not arguing with the basic assertion of SCPID theory in that systems will cycle following patterns and oscillation is carried about in them, it is the intelligent design claim that you have a problem with, is this correct?
The problem is that saying ' systems will cycle following patterns and oscillation is carried about in them' is way too vague to be of any significance. Yes, patterns are followed. Yes, many systems oscillate. So what? It doesn't say anything at all about *which* patterns are followed or the *type* of oscillation, the period, wavelength, etc of such oscillation or anything else. It doesn't say anything about how interactions will be 'carried about'.

Because it stops at fuzzy generalities (patterns, oscillations), and refuses to get into any specifics, it has absolutely no predictive power. And that means it is not scientific. At best it is a collection of ideas to give someone warm fuzzies. At worst it is a distraction from the real insights into how the universe works.

<quoted text>It seems to me the 'comfortable ignorance' is in those who do not try to understand the significance of systems and their importance in nature. I have been called an idiot and other ill-chosen names for suggesting life rest on the simple SCPID principles of which a third grade school child can comprehend, but I am not here for self-grandizement, and I am not bothered in the least by such accusations when the truth of which I seek will stand the test of time.
yes, systems are very important for understanding nature. For example, the 'system' consisting of the periodic table, the 'system' consisting of quantum mechanics, the 'system' of chemistry that looks at acid-base interactions, the 'system' that says that energy is conserved.

The problem is that the concept of a 'system' is so general and vague that *anything* could be interpreted to be a 'system'. And that is what makes your SCPID nonsense. it is re-arranging warm fuzzy ideas with no actual ability to predict specifics.

Because the ability to reproduce is part of the definition of life.
5. chemistry has not been shown to create life, to say otherwise is a lie
Simply false. All life we know of is formed by chemistry. Look up the field of biochemistry if you want some details. Everything that happens in a living organism boils down to chemistry. So, the fact that *you* are alive shows that chemistry does, in fact, produce life.

I have narrowed down the subject of god for you. Either he is a useless, hateful, weak, pathetic deity, with absolutely no power to rule the universe... or he is a myth. Which is it?

Of course, those with an I.Q. above a five year-old knows the answer is "myth."

Carry on, and you're welcome.

Not true. Those things mentioned by you that were invented by the US, the US still have that right of control or ownership and other nations knew that, except you.
