Free servant...hy would you believe that? It seems most of the evolutionists here base therie judgments on sound evidence. If there were such sound evidence for any god gods or goddesses, of course tehy would look at it objectively.
Who is trust worthy these days? People can't handle the simple truth of the Bible.

The Bible has been shown to have countless flaws in it.

What is the "simple truth" of the Bible?

It is definitely not a source for science.

Yeah.
It might continue for another couple of generations.
But 3 or 4 generations from now, whatever is left of it would be unrecognizable to you.
Sorry, truth never dies, but it always prevails.

Where is the evidence of your god? Since you still provide none your god is myth, end of story.
God is a spirit and therefore can not be seen physically.
But the universe and its elements are clear evidence of the existence of God.
You can not rule out or deny that.

Truth eventually prevails. Which is why your outmoded beliefs are in trouble.

That's hardley true at all, Free Servant, and you know it.

What has happene is that the bible has been shown to be full of fallacies, open lies, re-hashed myths from previous religious cults, and advertisements for a abudding religious cult.

The truth of the bible is its on demise.

People may have flaws in understanding, but the Holy Bible is right.

Of course we can deny that, Chaz. All that proves is that the universe is here. Nothing more.

One would assume that an all powerful all knowing 'god'... a 'god' that was supposedly able to simply "speak" everything into existence... would have been able to produce a text of "his word" that was plainly obvious to anyone who read it. Why the need for translations and interpretations of something claimed to be "innerrant"??

Then please explain - if it's so damn important - why it so difficult to understand.

My understanding is not flawed, it is that of Christians that is flawed when they deny the self contradictions in the Bible.

The wind is invisible, but there is evidence of it. Air is invisible, yet there is evidence of that as well. I asked for evidence, photographic would only be flimsy evidence anyway, due to how easy it is to digitally manipulate images.

So when your book says something stupid like "bats are birds" it's not the book, it's the people reading it? That's called blaming the victim.

If you take it on faith that man evolved from an apelike creature and the first man and woman came into being many many years apart, then you have made a choice not to believe that God created Adam and Eve. Faith is very important and we choose it.
