xxxooxxx , have you heard the story of Xenu?
According to the founder of Scientology, Xenu was the emperor of 76 planets in 26 solar systems 75 million years ago.
His empire became overpopulated, so he pulled a sneaky trick.
He declared a census in which his citizens got injected with a knock-out drug.
He brought his comatose victims to our planet in space ships and lined them up around the mouths of volcanoes.
He had hydrogen bombs dropped in those volcanoes which created eruptions which killed those citizens.
When the souls of those citizens ascended in the air, he had their souls captured and subjected to a three-dimensional movie.
In this three-dimensional movie, they were indoctrinated with Christianity, Communism, and various other doctrines of which L. Ron Hubbard disapproved.
Those of us living on Earth today are reincarnations of those hapless citizens.
Xenu is still living today, but his henchmen staged a mutiny and chained him up.
He still chained up on another planet today.
Like a said...it's a Science cult.

Agreed!
Both groups applies the concept of faith...
Though some scientist tends to deny the truth.

Ponty python is not my headache. My stand is on the English language, the English people and the general Brits who are already influenced by the English people.
Monty Python invented English. He said so!

Probably.

Go straight to the point.
Christians who accept evolution. Bear in mind that evolution is generally accepted in the UK. There are some private religious schools (around 50 or so) that teach religious fundamentalism instead, of course they are in the minority. Ergo, since if the UK is mostly Christian as you claim, most of those Christians accept evolution.

In fact the only countries that don't tend to be third world, or in or close the Middle East where your fellow fundie Muslim pals live. Or America, who prefer outsourcing their scientists from other countries.(evil grin)

Wow. Truly an argument for ignorance if ever there was one. And they make it sound so profound...
xxxooxxx wrote:

There a argument that if one really did know "Truth" would they know it? One cannot rationalize Truth, because there will always be the possibility of being wrong(doubt). So the only way that Truth can be found is through faith.
"Truth" is subjective.

That's traditional gospel or church music. I couldn't be sure but sounded like a hymn, but it wasn't bad personally not my flavor of music, I like rap and Christian type of music, except anything like heavy metal or screamo, because I like to keep my standards straight.
It was the only one I could find at short notice, I've had homework to do. I intended to find something with a just a little more "umph", but still along those lines.

Um, scientology has nothing to do with science. It ain't the fault of science that there are cranks out there who take sciencey-sounding words and pretend it proves their particular brand of BS. This includes creationism, new-age "quantum" woo, and scientology.

That's the last thing Darwin had. Which is why evolution has evolved since his day. I don't worry about Chuck though, he's barely capable of speaking, much less speaking for anyone else. But if he thinks he can speak for God Almighty, he sure ain't gonna worry about trying it with me. Or anyone else for that matter.

Science is merely a tool for understanding the universe. It's not meant to be used as a religion. But if you really hate science that much then stop using your computer, forgo all medical care, leave your house, go live in a cave and go hunting for your own chickens.
