Correct. The most recent major bottleneck is from around the last ice age if I recall, which is a few thousand years too early. Of course since creationists like to bastardize dating techniques completely they would certainly try to claim wriggle room and say what's another 5,000 years? Except the bottleneck also points that the population went down to the tens of thousands, not a mere 8 people. His bottleneck should also coincide with identical bottlenecks across all species that were on the Ark. But they don't exist either. But then you are dealing with someone who claims mitochondrial Adam and Eve were the ACTUAL Adam and Eve, despite living thousands of years apart.Somebody wrote a comment on here that Noah was the genetic bottleneck seen at the time of the flood. I think it was rustle, but I could be wrong. That this statement is completely wrong escaped me at the time so I thought I would post a comment now.
There are no known genetic bottlenecks in humans or other animals that coincide with the described timing of the debunked worldwide flood. Thus Noah could not be the bottleneck as none exists.
What Noah needed was the USS Enterprise. THEN maybe their story would work.
Either that or Godmagic.
