If the link I posted was total garbage, how come they couldn't tell exactly why it's wrong.

The claim about bacteria found near the beginning of that tripe has already been debunked by HFY. Bacteria evolving to digest citric acid constitutes a new species, and therefore "something new." When your source starts out that badly, you can't expect it to be taken seriously. It's garbage.

It would seem that "yourself" isn't a creationist or a science supporter. You just like be to verbally abusive, eh? Not much in that to compel a person to take you seriously then, is there?
You still take on all the Creationist tactics that don't really convey anything other than FUD to idiots. There's no victory in that approach even if your goal is to raise a non-existent rabble. I don't think the rabble like to discuss politics. They'd rather talk about beer and how large their manhood is.
Me verbally abusive? to who? YOU? boo-hoo.

How do you know I'm not a science supporter? Is evolution the only science there is?

Most of these people choose to ask for evidence and when someone post a good link they slam a few zinggers in and ignore any questions that arise with some witty new science to divert you from the truth about the whole realm if evolution the truth is THEY'RE ALL GUESSING. They say "here is our fossil evidence www.SomeGuyDrewThisOnAMcdonaldsNapkin.com " it's a double whammy art and evidence man came from monkeys

No scientific citation is needed to refute idiocy. You have yet to show why it is necessary to understand where DNA arose came from.
One More Time. We don't need to know where DNA came from to understand evolution. You don't need to know if you started in Seattle or L.A. if the trip you are looking at is from Chicago to New York. It really does not matter.
And again you lie by trying to change what I said. Yes without DNA we would not have evolution. So what? We still do not need to know where it came from to understand that we evolved.
You are attempting the most massive moving of goal posts in the history of evolution.
So tell me subduction zone how many years of schooling do you have that you cannot quote a single scientific paper?

So tell me how hard is it to respond to a challenge to present data to support the cornerstone of evolution which is cell replication? Or do you not still understand this point?

You keep dancing around the issue and dismiss competent questions as being beneath you but are unable to provide any citations to debunk it.

Im sorry to tell you but your understanding of evolution is very very very limited that you cannot coherently defend it

It doesn't need to be a conscious observer at all. If you are referencing the implication of the "double slit" experiment, all that is necessary for the wave function to "choose" which path to take is a measuring device.

And the cat experiment was intended to highlight the absurdity of some of the implications of quantum mechanics - meaning that quantum mechanics tells us the way things work in the micro world, and not necessarily the macro world. It was meant to illustrate that the cat could never really be "alive and dead at the same time;" that just because certain particles/electrons/etc might also behave as wave functions it does not necessarily mean that the macro world has such uncertainty.

<quoted text>I don't invite anyone to talk of anything, I find most creationists to be a bit crazy and some are just nasty people, so it is rate and pleasant to find the odd one that isn't like the creotards were used to, but it has always been the evident that stayed civil, and we don't want to lose our calm and rationality, that's all I'm saying, but I wish I hadn't bothered now
Do you guys have membership rings? Like super secret evo decoder rings? Oh I know you guys need a thing like readers digest. Something better than Oprahs book of the month club. Something hopelessly boring and depressing. I mean Christian guys have a porno mag it's called Victoria secret catalog. So if you go to some preachers house and find that in his bathroom it isn't his wife's.

I was reiterating what someone else had already told you, Poe. But let's see if I can't dig something up for you.

Claim - bacteria never turn into new things (whatever that means. It's as if the author expects a T Rex to pop out of an Ecoli population).

Rebuttal - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2...

"Twelve initially identical populations of Escherichia coli were founded in 1988 to investigate this issue. They have since evolved in a glucose-limited medium that also contains citrate, which E. coli cannot use as a carbon source under oxic conditions. No population evolved the capacity to exploit citrate for >30,000 generations, although each population tested billions of mutations. A citrate-using (Cit+) variant finally evolved in one population by 31,500 generations, causing an increase in population size and diversity."

That was easy, Poe. But I'm probably just an enforcer for the evolutionist conspiracy to take over the world and destroy religion, so I'll understand if you ignore me.

Ahaha. If you're expecting me to read your creationist website, absolutely not. I glanced over it, it was good for a laugh, and that's it.

Any real scientists have a problem with the TOE, or just ones whose entire world view hinges on debunking it?

Yes I know all that, but that's not what I was asking, its that the measured has to by definition be consious, and the huge importance this places on consiousness, as integral to the universal laws of quantum mechanics and reality itself, but thanks for replying

When you bring up something of note I will quote scientific papers.

So far you have nothing. If you can't see that you have nothing then there is no hope for you.
