Perimeter rules are also the same world wide, perimeter equals the sum of all the sides. A=L x W. and so on. The rules no matter what language they are written in the Math is the same.

Can you write the book "War and Peace" using just math? I don't know how one could. But I can agree with other country's that a square has four right angles.
