My brother is one of the good ones. His ex wife decided she met Mr Wonderful while attending school, so she decided she wanted a divorce. Mr Wonderful is no where in sight. She ruined everything for a fling.

My brother will treat you like the lady you are by holding doors open, holding you chair, buying you flowers just to see you smile. He is 57, just a bit out of your time range. He is worth getting to know. He lives in South Florida and has 2 grown children - 1 lives in New York, the other will start Medical School in Tampa next month.

A good man is a good man no matter what their marital status might be.
A better quesion would have been:
Are there any good single men???
If the thread starter thinks not, then she is "looking for love in all the wrong places"......
I assumed that she was talking about single ones, but I certainly could be wrong.

I'm sure you are correct but there are some women that want a married man for various reasons.
Since all we have here are these black letters on a white page, it would have been helpful for her to spell it out, so to speak....

I, for one am tired of the toads! And, no, I will not kiss them!!!
Most of the toads I meet would take that as a green light for sex. That's all the toads want! I have found one good man, but, sadly enough, yup he's married. I keep looking, but, my friends tell me my standards are to high! Really?

My standards are.........

1. Teeth, real or fake doesn't matter, however they must be brushed, and all there, at least in the front. No snaggle toothed toad for me.

2. A job, I don't necessarily need wealth, but, I want a man to work and take pride in his job. I would date the Wal-Mart greeter if he meets my standards. No lazy slug for me.

3.Personality, I want a man who will talk to me and discuss things with me. He doesn't need to agree with everything I say. He doesn't have to only be interested in what I am. Differences make for an interesting relationship. No "yes, ma'am" guy for me.

4.Morals. If he will lie, steal, cheat, disrespect or in anyway be dishonest to you or anybody else, then he is not the man for me!

5.Non-Judgemental. I have a past as does everyone. I am willing to accept you for who you are with your past, and I expect the same in return.

6.Be a man. I am not his mommy, nanny, banker, cook, maid, gardener, housekeeper, laundry lady or babysitter. The man for me will be capable of taking care of himself. He will also be capable of caring for me. Not that he will need to; however, he needs to be able to do it.

7. Be more in interested in me than getting in my panties!

8.Be Romantic. I don't require a black tie event or tons of money. But, I do require some romance to be happy. I am very happy with a hand-in-hand stroll! Hold door for me, pull out my chair, at least once in a while, and definitely on the first date.

Bonus---While not a requirement~~~A bonus is if he can make BBQ chicken and hashbrowns! Handy around the house and garage are also bonus items!!!

What do you guys think?? Am I picky??? TOO PICKY???
