Most Unbelievable??? Hard to choose, but I love how long all these people lived and all that begatting. and the fact that all the inbreeding didn't cause horrible genetic abnormalities and mass stupidity...oh wait...sorry, nevermind. Maybe is all true!

The tower of babel story. God was angry they built it so he spread the people around the world and mixed up their languages so they couldn't communicate.

No. For the record, God mixed up thier languages so they couldn't communicate in building the tower. Then they scattered around the world.

Thanks. ok so they left on their own versus God dropping them around like in "dungeon keeper". Still a lame sounding story to explain the various languages.

Nice to see how the atheists are congregating on the Christian forum. Your lives are so pathetic and your soul is seeking God but you are too proud and ignorant to know it.

Nice. Call them pathetic and ignorant and then wonder why they don't become Christians.

But interesting when you consider how anthropologist can track "tribe" movements by language families. Like how western Europe has three distinct language families. The early Celt(Irish, Welsh, Scots), the German or Scandenavian, and the "Romance"(French, Italian, Spanish, Belge). Eastern Europe has the Slav and Greek.
In North America, the people that we term as all "Indians", were 5 completely different language families.
