Right chapter....right book. The Original.
The Bengals are the only team in our division that I seem to tolerate. I won't be upset if they take the division. I would just like to see them go farther then they usually do.
There's a rival game of geography Sunday -- Bengals vs. Colts. If not every season, there hasn't been many when they haven't faced each other.

With the Colts shaky from key injuries including Reggie Wayne, it's not time for a back-slide now which a loss to the Bengals might start. Only 4 games left!

That game is on FOX in my area. I saw game-break highlights of the Ravens/Vikings game playing in *some* snow, but Eagles/Lions has heavy, heavy snowfall starting with-in 1/2 hour of game time. Fumble replay calls have been challenging. Did you see the cameraman early in the game?

After half-time, one of the TV guys had discussed clearing the field during the break with FOX's ex-official that weighs in on replay booth calls. That guy said that technically all that's supposed to happen is clearing the hash and yardage stripes. At least 6 inches fell by 3rd quarter.

It sure is a change watching games in elements.

Alternating with the Colts/Bengals game in Cinn. Cold there, freezing drizzle possible before game's end. Hasn't happened yet.

Lions lead 14-0; just scored on punt return. Bengals lead 21-0 ... yikes!

Scoring abounds now in both games I'm watching.

Lions scored TD then call time-out for the PAT so the players and a coach or two could clear off the placement spot. I guess that's legal.

PAT was blocked! lol

I vaguely remember a snowy MNF game, but no details like that.

5 scores in the last 2:04 seconds. Absolutely amazing game. That Coradelle Patterson is a beast I tell you. Toby Gerhart is pretty good too.

Hoping the Saints can shake of last Monday's thumping by the Seahawks and take it out on the Panthers in about an hour...

This game should/could be the cherry on top ... wild and/or close games I saw parts or highlights of.

The Colts were not part of that statement.

Congrats to those whose teams played to victory.

Besides the hash and yardage stripes, end zone boundaries were cleared off too.

The ending of the Steelers/Dolphins game was wild. Five laterals to the opposite side of the field from the original receiver who catches the ball with no time left, final receiver runs to paydirt to tie the game.

OH WAIT! He's stepped on the sideline at about the 13 yard-line. GAME OVER! Dolphins win.

NFL has a new longest field goal record. Broncos k_i-c-k_e-r makes one of 64 yard in Denver's lofty altitude. Old record of 63 yards set way back by a Saints guy, Tom Dempsey, with a special flat-toed (now outlawed) shoe. Shared by 3 others until today.

Whatta NFL weekend. 3 more of'em coming up and then one-and-done for playoff qualifiers.

Seahawks have incurred the 2nd most penalties in the NFL this season. Today, they couldn't score enough to overcome all the major ones they got. SF had a stout defense too.

I thought the Ravens/Denver game last year was the best game I have ever seen. This may have topped that. I was there. I still can't feel my toes and fingers.....5 hours later. Totally worth it.

Good thing is, though, despite the loss, the Colts have won their division already.

On a brighter note, if the Ravens continue to play like they've been playing, they just MAY get that last wildcard spot and lose in the first round of the playoffs.

That was the game of the week...even NFL's Redzone channel knew enough to pay attention to the killer ending....Cassel should get the starting Qb job for the Vikings.....
