I make a ham with a pineapple sauce, but is that a combined thing, ham and pineapple gravy? Mine is the ham smothered in the pineapple sauce. Omg, now I'm hungry again.

well I don't have a doublewide but I know about southern fried lol...also like em baked, grilled, even in a casserole...omgosh I am so hungry!!! why is it the most delish things are bad for us???

omgosh ikr??? thank goodness I am upstairs & far away from kitchen...I got almond joy, kit kats stashed up here but don't want any...you want one???

I just toasted 2 waffles, and smeared peanut butter on one and blueberry jelly on the other, gotta use blueberry with a waffle-wich, because they settle into the little squares so you get more, yum!!!

I don't have a written recipe but it goes something like, take butter & rub your uncooked ham, place in pan, sprinkle w/brown sugar & then coat w/canned pineapple tid-bits & bake.

After ham is done, take all the juice, pineapple & all from the pan and put into a pot on the stove. If necessary remove some of the pineapple bits using a sieve. Normally I take some of the juice & a mixer and slowly add flower to about a cup of the liquid in a large measuring cup until I've got a thick mixture and then slowly pour that thick mixture into the pan filled with the ham & pineapple juice. Pouring slowly and mixing the whole time so you don't get flour lumps is key. It's sweet and tasty stuff.

I did forget to mention the obvious... the pan of juice on the stove is to be set at a low boil to help the mixture thicken
