Hello Billy R

Tragic events in our WORLD these days.
Hope you and your family are Safe and happy.

My question is ... how long do you suppose they will BAN me this time for speech my opinions. I'm not being overly rude, but quite frank with a few that want to take every topic on a troll run. It's a shame that happens so often out here, do you agree?

Have a good one and Peace :)

I am always mystified by who they ban and who they don't ban. I have seen people say some appalling things here, far worse than what you've said. And yet they are still here posting. I don't understand their standards sometimes........

Actually my fav is John Quincy Adams, promoted education, one of the greatest diplomats, paid off the national debt & just a great leader. We are blessed and privileged to be part of this Magnificent Country!

No question John Adams was one of the greats. For 12 years he was either the president or vice President, and it was right in the beginning when the country was fragile and could have easily fallen apart.

He seemed to be a man ahead of his time, he was a very early opponent of the slave trade, as well as the things you mentioned.

Billy R, do you think morals are universal or relative to the beliefs, traditions, and practices of individuals or groups?
Hope you are having a great day!

morals are definitely subject to the traditions of society. The case of the Sawney Bean family in the early 1600's serves of a great example . http://www.unsolvedmysteries.com/usm8518.html

By the second generation, none of the children thought what they were doing was wrong at all, it was perfectly normal to them.

I believe in "wining and dining" your woman, no matter how long you've been together.

That really doesn't make much sense, does it? Just thinking about it gives me phobophobia.....

Good Morning Billy R

Hope you and yours are well.

I went for a drive Sunday and we've gotten so much rain, it resembled my drives in Florida.:O

We are doing great.....We had some incredible rain here over the weekend, some areas of Miami got over 6 inches of rain. Fortunately it waited late enough in the day so that our Air and Sea show could still go on.

That's almost as bad as someone crying about having a post removed.
