One teen and a handful of adults.

Sex, drugs and standing still.

Dropping the f-bomb from decks?

Reads like one foot out of the cave with a tight rope still attached.

Great generation coming up or along.

Can't wait to take holiday to the beach. Really gives a body something to look forward too.

I suppose we could say that freedom of speech means that we have the right to express ourselves, but not the right to harass.

Yes, there is a balance there. I tend to think that freedom of speech is not:

Yelling or saying things that put people's lives in danger. That could be yelling fire in a crowded theater, calling someone a rapist or a snitch when there is any doubt, or even yelling "free concert tickets" or "free iPods" at a mob.

Fraud that impacts others. One could argue that a man in a dress is a type of fraud, but it doesn't harm or inconvenience others. But telling someone you will multiply their money when you simply want to steal it, that is no longer a matter of free speech.

Threats of violence.

Conspiracy to commit a seriously unlawful act.

Bullying, aggravated harassment. An insult or something one-off (and minor) is one thing, but continued harassing behavior is quite another. For instance, someone might not want to be asked out on a date at all and may consider it harassing. Others might not know this. So one such request is one thing, but keeping on, trying to wear down their resolve, or accompanying such requests with threats or other manipulation is another.

yes ...can't be any plainer than this

continual unwanted and annoying pestering, which often includes threats and demands. This can include lewd or offensive remarks, sexual advances, threatening telephone calls from collection agencies, hassling by police officers or bringing criminal charges without cause.

All the whining about this shows just how weak minded America has become. Declare Martial Law give me Command and 8 Months. I will clean the garbage out. Hood gangs, biker gangs, loud mouth redneck punks, lawyers...they would all go away for good!

It is called gathering intel. I firmly support whatever needs to be done to clean out this Jerry Springer watching, lazy ass, ignorant, government check dependant population. Only then can we return to the status we once had.

I don't believe it is as much the income level as it is the lack of morals level (which cuts across all income levels) that keeps Jerry Springer on the air.

Again.....when a septic tank is full you have to purge it....America has become a full septic tank. It is not about money or income. It has gone to far...it needs purging.

Cops often have ego problems, and so do many of the subjects they encounter, and we all know the rest.

That is very true! The only downside is the watered down education they are receiving. The public schools are to blame for some of the problems we face. We are all to blame. Not just the schools or government or the lawyers, but we all share the blame for the lower values and lacking of morals in our nation. We the people let it happen.
