I can tell you. A few reasons. It's low PH is one. It has anti-bacterial enzymes in it. Most importantly it has a very low moister content. It's low water activity is the biggest factor. It will ferment if it is watered down.
Botulism can survive in honey as a spore, but it cannot colonize. That's why babies shouldn't eat it. Their systems cannot fight those spores and it colonizes in them and creates botutoxin. Adult immune systems attack the spores before this happens to any negative degree.

And yet again, you can be proven wrong.

"Actually, in order not to spoil, honey has to be properly packaged and stored away from heat, light and moisture. It can indeed spoil or ferment or become undesirable to eat."

And I'll tell you once again, Google is your friend.

And if not stored properly, it can go bad given enough time.

But do have another drink on me.

INFO:, the largest portion of the dry matter in honey consists of the sugars...this very concentrated solution of several sugars results in the characteristic physical properties of honey - high viscosity,“stickiness,” high density, granulation tendencies, tendency to absorb moisture from the air, and immunity from some types of spoilage...."Pure honey won't mold"

Same results but without storing your searches to hand over to the government, collecting your info, and it directs you to HTTPS instead of HTTP if it's available other things too.
Same results but with morality and respect.

Ahhh but honey is made by bees from nectar. It goes through a process. Nectar is processed by bees to make honey, so honey is a processed product. Even if it is natural.
