Honey there is nothing wrong with resale or hand me down clothes.I still wear them myself. But I remember when my son was small there was a kid made fun of his shoes which was new but not name brand. My son had shared his lunch with his kid who 's parent must have thought wearing expensive shoes were more important than having both shoes and food for her son.As long as my son was warm and feed, that was important to me. I was a young widow in my twenties.I wish I could always afford to buy my kids new clothes instead of resale and hand me downs. My oldest daughter got 2 new pair of pants and she is so excited, she says how there not to long, not to short and how it's so nice for a change.
But I also remember people thought we had plenty of money. My son onced complained that he look like the rich kids.Even my dad had made a comment about my son look like a rich kid.But we wasn't.We was blessed to have around $600.00 monthly.Just rich in God's love and the love from his mother.
