I'm suing the lumber companies I buy from. It turns out that the 2x4's and 4x4's I buy are not actually 2x4 or 4x4 inches!

It's not the company's fault for not training the low life idiots that work for them( just like ather food establishments) the worker don't have a clue in following company menus to the exact way. They just cut the bread on what is supposed to be a foot or 1/2 foot measurement and just toss on the supposed to be weighed out portions of meat then just put on as much topping as they think they can put on it. Not even following the company guide lines of portion control. It happens to all fast food ,deli, restaurants. Thus the company who advertizes that their food is healthy really isn't as some of the low educated idiots there put more butter(if that what it is even) on the grill than necessary,or fry the product in oil, thus making the cal count go out of the advertized cal count on the menus. It's the worker who just go there to collect their pay check and don't care for prepping or cooking the food right. You wonder why America is fat look at the low life idiots that claim to be anything but cooks(not even trained in a school but just know how to flip meat)Ever go to a french restaurant and see mexicans cooking French food?? or a a cafe where they supposed to have gourmet food style cooking or sandwiches and have mexican /spanish people who never even went to a cook school. yep that what you will see no real trained cooks/so called chefs there ..oh maybe the so called manager whose a fat person who thinks he's the best in the food industry. Answer to this is DON'T GO TO THOSE PLACES AND EXPECT ANYTHING TO FOLLOW THE MENU OR WHAT IT SAYS IS HEALTHY. WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I guess that when I go to Subway I'll bring my ruler and make sure I get my 12" sandwich. and also when I go to the other places that I eat I'll bring my scales to weigh out the food, then I would use my smartphone apt to make sure the calories are right!!

Maybe the footlong bread was a foot long before it was baked and it shrunk an inch in the baking process? Is that possible?

Unbelievable what people will sue over.

Hey, Clem, did you read the article that stated they cut the size of their meat slices by 25%? As if it could get any smaller/thinner! Yes, I would like some meat to go with my bread and vegetables!!

Sir, with all due respect, please read the fineprint.

The 12" measurement is to be taken the following day, when you relinquish the sandwwich from your body.

Thank you for your patronage.

Goiod day.

Who's foot are they using as a ruler?

My foot is only 10 inches long.

If using significant figures, a foot could mean any where from 7 inches to 18 inches give or take a wee bit. I hope this BS lawsuit gets thrown out, and the filers have to pay the other sides legal costs.
