Please forgive me for being personal, I find the present picture on your profile disturbing in some way, each time I see it! The big angry circle with a bite out of it! WHAT is it of? THE BIG BANG?

It reminds me of someone having been bitten by a dog, that's why I find it disturbing.. having said so, you don't have to change it ... as this is MY problem...

You have put up many beautiful ones.. but this isn't one of them...

Hi Grace, If yuo are referring to his last picture, I believe that was a nebula. These are beautiful, brightly coloured clouds of dust and gasses in space.

Ha ha! I like it...

I think the picture evoked weird memories in me! got me v uneasy..

You see, a few years ago I was minding kids for a friend who had to go away overnight,[emergency situation]

When I was there still the next morning, their dog couldn't fathom what was going on and when I went to feed him, he must have thought I was really taking the owners place forever .... and, what had been a normal very placid dog, always around the kids!! in a SPLIT second, he turned on me and went berserk, he really savaged me, I was bitten all over, and he was doing his best to get me to the ground, I kinds knew he'd have me then by the neck, as that's what they do, I was told after... I was afraid I'd faint but THAT it is where your instincts come into play.

I got him out eventually, and through a glass door, I could see him, outside quieter but still had that low growl and foam dripping from his mouth.... Its an experience Ill NEVER forget, It shot me into a deep depression which was far more difficult and trying to get rid of than the physical injuries! which were dreadful at the time...I have a fear of dogs since, that I cannot shake..

Now, there's a happy little story on the eve of St. Valentine's.. LOL !

Yes I agree Franko, they are beautiful . I even chose one or two here, in the past , from a selection of them, as my picture.. for their vivid colours....

The one Marsdust had was disturbing, but as I say, that was MY problem, no one elses...

Thanks Franko....

TBT,

Some truths in that but not all....

My son , one year did his Christmas Shopping at 5pm on Christmas Eve, and was just the same next day... as everyone else..who had been doing it early November!

New shoes don't cut or blister you but if they do..

Time heals all wounds ... but then again time wounds all heels, that is not to say I'm referring to you in terms of your name! ha ha ha!

3pak underwear for men for a few dollars .... but women love the feel of slinky silk and satin knickers, and 'others 'smalls' and letting the lacey edges slip through their fingers, and crumbling their softness, you don't see men feeling their underpants before a purchase lol! it is a feminine thing it is a whole ritual!.... for women.....

They forgot to include the most important one in your list... how to say Ummmmm! yes, said she, in whispers, if you are going on a long car journey in the wide open spaces and you find yourself 'caught short'... so to speak ... the man finds this situation much easier to deal with! lol...

A lot of other truths in it... but not true about the 'mood'... ask a woman about mens' moods!!
