Dude, again with the childish retorts. I have had a "LIFE" since the day I was born, just not the life you would make for me.

Tally, I neither want or need a registered account. It is still anonymity. The only difference is you can post some self serving picture. Nice deflection though. NOT!

"I'm the only one you got because I reply to you"

LOL
Now, THAT is funny. How is it you have come to know who or what it is I have?
Me thinks your crystal ball is cracked. If I were to be searching for someone, It wouldn't be at Topix, and it surely wouldn't be you as a choice to "have."

Your ego is swelling, Tally.

You don't credit "your" God with a sense of humor. You mustn't confuse your personal shortcomings with any image of a true God.

Because as we know you know from your posts, I have long been delicately intimating that the stinking drunk's, tally's, posts reflect an alcohol problem.

So in response to his typically unfinished, nearly incomprehensible, unneeded post about "his God," I offered not a brand of alcohol, but a brand of alcohol that is a proper name.

I find you laborious, but at least you are not spewing homophobic or fundie junk...from that moniker of yours at any rate.

well, lets turn this back to our discussion of roasting witches...

how lean are you? mainly grain or meat diet? are you allergic to szechuan sauce if applied for three hours? how do you feel about 350f saunas for 90 minutes or until tender?

Why is it relevant or funny or insulting to him to suggest that his god is a way former rock musician?

It does not scan to those of us who know who the musician is.

The person in question would not be familiar with the musician.

Explain in any way why your comment, sitting on the heels of mine, which had a clear intent, made any sense in the context of taking tally to task for his homophobia and religiousity.

Or just pizz off. You a tiresome bore.

I'm not sure why Stephen Hawking would not be an excellent host, little "h."

I'm just a little suspicious he might be looking for an organ donor.

Jes makin' a funny. I would be proud to have Mr. Hawking as my host. I don't know how he gets through life. He is a man for whom the word "strong" truly applies.

His organs are fine for now, of course. I think it's the sheathing of his nerves that don't function, or whatever ALS does to motor neurons.

He got his secretary, I think, to fall in love with him and marry him, the crafty devil. So he's gotten through life pretty darn well all things considered.

Now don't somebody come in here and tell us that he's a devout Catholic. Not in this thread!

I wonder if it is ALS. Those victims don't usually last very long.

There's no public dispute that it is ALS; perhaps you know it by one of its other names.

Are you suggesting a conspiracy for some reason about his actual health status?

I quickly searched on it, and it looks like most people get it in middle age or later. Only about ten percent live for more than ten years after diagnosis. Maybe since he got it early it was a slow moving version? I'm sure he gets the very best healthcare.

I also read that mortality rates from ALS in the US vary by geography, with it being worse in the northeast. That again suggests variability in the disease which could explain his longevity.

Now watch him die tomorrow pursuant to our conversation....

Again, it didn't make sense. You are unable to construct or follow a joke or invective.

I did not post what my gawd is.

The drunk, tally, referred to his gawd, and I suggested, "Johnnie Walker" is his gawd.

You then bizarrely posting that, apparently, your gawd is some former rock musician, but that does not relate to the thread.

There's something amiss with the way you process information. See, again, the joke was about maliciously - though accurately - suggesting what tally's gawd is. Because he's an obvious drunk.

There, now you have no excuse not to understand.

Again, the fact that you like some former new wave musician related in no way to the thread, to tally's bigotries, to my remark which played on a minor double meaning.

It's not humor when it's unmoored from context or wit. And your adding on of your remark strongly suggested that you could not parse my remark about Johnnie Walker...otherwise perhaps you would have added something related in some way.

You're a suspicious sort, aren't you? Hawking's diagnosis is not something I dwell on. Nor am I aware of any conspiracies regarding his health. I was simply indirectly suggesting his longevity was kind of amazing.
