Breathe Right Strips open your sinus cavity of the nose and allows better air flow. It will stop you from breathing out of your mouth, hence, the snoring.
Just a suggestion, I'm going to buy some since my cousin confirmed that all that racket wasn't a tornado rolling through.
I'll let you know what my husband says, lol.
I will check the price for them here since I will be at a sleepover, and I don't want to be the one raising the roof.

It could also be some form of sleep apnea. Have you ever had a sleep study done?

Thanks for the link, I did some further research and found some of the symptoms don't apply, like the missing breathing, my snores are regularSo I will not do a sleep study now, I will try cheaper alternatives.

Well I tried the breathe right strips... it reduced the sound a wee bit but nothing else lol. I am gonna have to graduate to the mouthguard to see if that would work.

Oh well!

Don't worry too much if: If you make wild love with him all the time, he will not complain about your snoring, inability to cook, lack of cleaning the house, spending his money etc. I guarantee you this works or I will marry you myself.

You really are a NaughtyRobot! I can cook and I do clean, and I wouldn't mind some extra change... but if you don't mind the banshee nights... you are original lol

I am a sound sleeper, I could sleep through a freight train crashing through my house. I value a sense of humor, fidelity, someone who is passionate about important things and easy-going with the trivial, oh and lots of sex. Cooking and cleaning are a bonus. Snoring is a non-issue for me. Have you discussed this with your fiancee? If he is honest, he will say that he would put up with all kinds of "negatives", if you have lots of sex.(even mild insanity and snoring)

Well it was discussed lightly, but it was dismissed. So I will just hold on to see what happens meanwhile I'd be careful not to doze off.:-)

Stop Snoring Device - http://bit.ly/16avCaJ I was suggested to try the Sleep Pro mouth guard by my daughter, to enable my wife to get a better sleep. At first, the guard feels peculiar - and slightly painful - but has worked minor miracles to reduce my snoring. Overall, a fantastic purchase.
