What a bunch of crap! Everyone involved in this must be seriously stupid. 48 months with a 2 year suspension is all she got? This whole thing is unbelievable. Sounds as though if you want to commit a murder Australia is the place to go.

What a horrible mother. A huge toilet should be built proportional to her body and she should be flushed down it.

sorry but hate to say this. I have had two children ( both times were natural birth ) and you know when you go into labour as there is no way that you wouldn't feel any contractions. I also had some gas and air is the in between the contractions and still felt them.. sorry but I think this woman may have just panicked and tried to force it underwater to drown it and I really hope that she dosen't get away with it by her lawers saying she has mental health problems ..

have to say some women ( and teens ) will became pregnant just to try and keep a guy. ( the worse reason out there) and then when that dosen't happen they will keep them and not bother to look after them that well. not sure if this was the case with this woman ( i.e) trying to keep the guy. but I am sorry even if she didn't know she was pregnant ( and again some women don't) as soon as she felt anykind of pain she could have sort help.. and you no damn well when you are haveing something like a baby come out of you ...

This lady sounds really messed up, should be locked up and throw away the key! How could you not know you were having a baby while sitting on the toilet?

in English law, women killing newborns never get charged with murder as they are deemed to be insane for the first 12 months post partem. You may not believe this, but it is true. She was charged with "concealing a death".

do you think that a 7 1/2 lb baby could really go round the s-bend? This is why her story is so silly - this was a full term kid, nearly 2 ft in length! how could it go down the loo or not be noticed? she pulled it out and left it dead in the trunk of her car , where the police found it 10 days later.

Female teens need to wise up and realize that is the last thing a teen guy wants, is to be a father and financially tied to someone, and teen guys need to realize they should cover their a$$es and use their own birth control to be sure they aren't being trapped.

Uhhhhhhhhhhh. Sorry, no. I've had 9 kids. You KNOW when you are giving birth, and one of my children only weighed 2 lbs 13 oz., a full term baby boy. He passed away after birth, but even though he was small, I knew when I was giving birth to him. No mistake about it.

Exactly. Anyone believing her story is also insane.
