No can mean yes – it depends on how she says it. If it's forcefully and like she sounds serious and you know she obviously means it, well then no means no. But if she's saying it tentatively and breathlessly, and you can tell that she's saying the word because she thinks she has to "to be a good girl" and that if you don't stop, then whatever you do is going to be wonderful and she'll love it but that it will be "not her fault" and even though she's protesting, she'll give herself over to it wholeheartedly and passionately while it's happening – you just have to be adept in reading body language, and listening to the way she says it.
