Facebook too has terms of service. Are you now defending terms of service for Topix but discarding that for Facebook?

Yes, it is my property and my domain. Facebook owns the website, they own the servers and can deny access to anyone.

Prove me wrong.

The framework of the US Constitution provides a structure of government, limits on powers and the protection of rights for citizens. The US Constitution is a burden on government, not a burden on the people.

No, the Constitution didn’t grant rights. The Constitution protected existing rights.

The tin can and string is irrelevant when discussing the US Constitution.

How exactly is the FCC tied to First Amendment rights? The reality is the FCC infringes First Amendment rights. Try saying a variety of words on radio or television. Again, you’re mixing law with constitutional rights.

Back to the beginning. Facebook may legally restrict their service disallowing sexual predators. If a judge disagrees then the judge is wrong.

Bottom line, there is no inherent right to utilize Facebook’s resources.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

"The Internet is a far more speech-enhancing medium than print, the FCC has authority to issue civil monetary penalties, revoke a license, and deny a renewal application. In addition, a federal district court may impose fines and/or imprisonment for up to two years on those who are convicted of criminal violations of the law.

The FCC vigorously enforces this law where we find violations, consistent with constitutional and statutory protections

only a provision [2] a painting/statue/photo of a nude child/man/woman isn't used in the provocation of porn.. but a form of culture ...

otherwise many a bible would be banned ... porn pics lead all chapters , not to mention family albums
