If the event took place as Zimmerman described it wouldn’t be SYG, it would be self-defense. It’ll be interesting once the trial starts.

The study could have made the correct answers liberal spin. That would changes things, wouldn’t it?

Also, what was the methodology used to score? The comparison could indeed be very equally informed only to a scoring method which falsely indicates a greater difference.

let me help you out...

the basic rule that testimony or documents which quote persons not in court are not admissible. Because the person who supposedly knew the facts is not in court to state his/her exact words, the trier of fact cannot judge the demeanor and credibility of the alleged first-hand witness, and the other party's lawyer cannot cross-examine (ask questions of) him or her.

that is the expressed opinion of the author...

the same is said of your blogs ...links.. what ever you choice to call them... it isn't from a universal accepted source

yes I realize that ......... that is why a trial has come before the court .... each state has it's own code of conduct... they are fairly basic .... but wording is very important ... the Term letter of the law....

I try to explain the bases of law not express an opine on the law ... just like the 2nd amendment... it is outdated..

Here in Florida it’s different. I’m subjected to a background check for all sales. I’ve heard two reasons and need to investigate the real reason. One is the fact our permits are issued by the Department of Agriculture. The other I’ve heard is if the state doesn’t complete a background check within the 120 day limit the permit is automatically issued. This needs to be corrected.

As I stated on another thread I was wrong about hand guns only. I have had a carry permit for 15 years and I don't go through back ground checks. My mistake :)

I think President Obama deserve's some credit, along with the strength of the American spirit, for the ongoing economic recovery we are experiencing....hard to ignore, especially with Europe, Asia and other economies struggling.....
