Obama's Delay On ISIS Strategy Leads To Strange Bedfellows

Sep 1, 2014 Full story: News9 Oklahoma City 111

Politicians and pundits on the right initially rallied around the idea that the U.S. needs to be more aggressive militarily in Iraq and Syria to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria , which is wreaking havoc there.

Let's put safety locks on any weapons the US supplies, and if they get into the wrong hands they quit working. How about it?

"You know insulting people because they have a different view"

You posted ignorant, anti factual nonsense earlier and then instead of addressing the content whined about "personal insults."

If invective is so bad then you fire off a letter to Rush L. and to Ann Coulter correcting them, crybaby.

In the meantime, Saddam himself from the very beginning, the two invasions, ISIS, the general chaos, even the situation in Syria - all US (or US proxy) caused.

"Yawn. Rule#5 from the Saul alinsky handbook?"

Hey christardate, you know insulting people because they have a different view to yours just shows that your no better than anyone else....

Your use of a buzzword you have no understanding of didn't address the content I posted. Okay, talibangelical?

Pres. Obama should support the present sovereign government of Iraq against ISIS instead of Iraqising and Libyanizing Syria.

Why is it that American foreign policy nowadays smells like crap?

Does it start from the top?

America murdered Saddam and Qadaffy.

Look at Iraq and Libya now. Better?

It's about time for Pres. Obama to correct what is moronic US foreign policy and support the sovereign government of Syria in its fight against ISIS.

Stop Iraqising and Libyanizing Syria .

The USA is either for the government of Syria or for ISIS.

Choose wisely.

Or don't choose @ all!
Defend what's ours to the 'hilt'(: to the very limit : completely), let the rest go to HELL!
Make it someone elses problem by ignoring it.
Obama will be glad to hear that since that's been one of his major policies.
I don't know that golf supplements for those decisions(???)

I get too stressed playing that game, it's never good to get mad at yourself!
Bet I can still 'whip' him!

Moron, all you did was whine about name calling.

No content again, as befits the state of your intellect.

Everything happening in Syria, Iraq and Ukraine is directly or strongly indirectly a result of US meddling, but if you're so hopped up for military action against the results of these various groups. whom the US has supported at one time or another, then you just suit up and git ovah thar, trash.

"Bet your [sic] wearing you [sic]"

I know you regularly ask about and obsess over what male posters are wearing.

Meanwhile, the most ignorant, laughable denials that the US supported about every dictator and repressive uprising in that region of the world, and then destabilized every one, displacing and killing millions continue unabated.

All that evil gets projected out onto whoever is the bogeyman of the moment...now ISIS. Which mysteriously is very well fed with US weaponry for some reason.(To force the President's hand on going right back into Iraq more overtly.) What's amazing is that groups like ISIS will still strike deals with CIA type operatives...knowing they'll get annihilated the second it becomes convenient for some other pressing, US interest.)

That's called "content," moron. When you learn what that is then maybe you can try your hand at bleating how equal you are.

The thing about democracy is that some may not like who gets elected by the people. Term limits and elections give the people a chance to change leadership if they so choose. This is much better than changing leaders by force of arms. Give the people time to choose their own destiny and this is the best we can do for them as their friends.

American bad foreign policies have empowered ISIS and even help them. And on top,Saudi Arabia is "Friend" with USA,even when folks who did 9/11 came from there,oh the irony.
USA is creating it's own enemies.

Do you think it was an accident that the attacker were from Saudi Arabia? That was a message being sent. They could have picked terrorist from a number of different countries. We have people from America and England who are joining ISIS

The amount of nut jobs that have left my country is a worry, not that I care they've gone because it's a relief these degenerates are not here,it's the problem if we allow these animals back in the country is the real problem,it's the thought that they actually enjoy killing and inflicting misery by the word of some physchopathic pedo prophet..

How dare President Obama throw the rest of the world in turmoil with the worry that we might not save them unilaterally through his refusal to jump in to do so immediately? Doesn't he understand that it might actually force them to participate in their own defense rather than wasting their money to fund ISIL through ransom payments?
