Not really the cops business why he was not wearing pants. He was in his car, not in public.

I think there was a report he was flashing people from in his car.

When the cop caught up to him over his underwear was apparently back in its upright and locked position.

But it's an elastic situation....

Suspicion of indecent exposure? The officer either saw it or he didn't.

It was small and hard to discern for sure? Was that a pistachio loose on the seat or a testicle sticking out from the leg band?

(Someone reported flashing, the flashing was not at the cops. So it is not proven.)

I will handsome! Those kids are so great. It is a great thing to be a grandparent.
As for new computer, I am getting a new laptop soon too, hubby as well. I am looking forward to getting on the new ones with this windows8. Sad to lose my pink laptop with matching mouse though. But I am going to give it to the grandkids to use.
Take care.

I think it's way over due for men to have movement that allows them to be comfortable while in their own vehicle. Some of those pants combined with cheaply made underwear can ride up and chafe if you've been driving for a long time. No one wants to get out of a vehicle with a wet crack, or worse publicly digging for and tugging at the butt floss their shorts have become.

I think men should start wearing thin kilts in the summer if it rides up or flies up what the heck. As long as their arse isn't in the window or their junk what's the harm? As you get older that stuff down there needs more air.
