LOL LOL LOL It DID NOT LEAVE the OF COURSE option open.

Would, could,HAVE ,in 2 restaurants in the same day,& a bar on weekends where I did glasses & bar back, JUST FOR TIPS, not a maybe, open ended question from the side of the street I have ever been on.
Washing dishes LOL LOL LOL
Pardon me for the laugh, but hey at least that is INSIDE usually with heat or air conditioning:) & I would never be caught some where without great food ,so also a good meal & in those days free drinks.
Ever watch dirty jobs ? lol My F.B. page says 1/2 the ones shown, from dirty jobs, for my experience:) also says FOLLOW THE SWEAT TRAIL to find me:)
Have preformed jobs where the dish room was needed just to get cleaned up after work & you usually just threw your clothes away. also usually something dangerous in the side lines when your to dirty to notice.
Dishes LOL LOL LOL . Rick

I guess some in life would prefer food stamps and welfare. But the thread is about me, because my little troll with such a full life, love life, great job etc etc etc. continues to look me up on the net, then post what she thinks will degrade me, but that will never happen because I am not her, if I was to act as she does, then I would be degrading myself.
You see I write reviews for tripadvisor on holiday places, restaurants, sights, etc. I had wrote this one about a place I worked at, hours were great wages were great but atmosphere was horrible, owner, husband and daughter fought like some on here like to, it was there life, controversy. Anyways I was the only non-smoker and I work hard and could not stand that stuff was left undone, so of course while they were out filling their lungs, not only was I doing the job I was hired for, but ended up doing most of the dishes. then one day I told them to pound salt, and that was when they asked or assume (as dummies do), that I would use my vehicle for work,,,no no no, I said...so left. I have worked since I was 10, and that has been for 46 years, even when I was a stay at home mom and housewife I worked, we had a huge house, we entertained, belonged to Lions club, charity work, volunteer etc. The one who posted this thread, and my troll with the full life, job, love life etc, probably is no more educated than I, I would have to say the way they act, is certainly no indication they have any education or brains at all. After all anyone with brains knows that books don't teach you all in life, experience does, and living it.
I have nothing to be ashamed of, but plenty to be proud of, maybe that is what bothers these idiots that follow me on here, on the 'net', to my facebook etc. Covet my pictures....lol! I tell you Rick it is hard sometimes to be so envied...lol!

LOL Yes sounds like the same side of the tracks I was referring to. I try to stay out of the gossip pool. Yes experience is it. Not as easy to write on an app. as it used to be though.
Been on my own since I was 16 also, most of my family worked since age 12.
I also lived in or around resorts for many yrs,so service work i.e. restaurants, bars ,hotels are where the money is at, in fact wished I had that bar back job right now lol lol ,well other than it IS IN A BAR ;),I don't drink:), I made min. 200$ a weekend doing that.
Yes I did wonder what "agenda" some one might have for asking such an open question here lol
I never judge people on what they are doing as long as they willing to do SOMETHING.

Always can get job the industry in many departments too and have. I used to work in a bar in the Queen Charlottes Islands (Canada), in 1986-88, and during the week I made 200 a night, on weekend, 400-500 hundred, many a time they would have to call me to pick up my paycheque because I made so much in tips, I would forget I got a paycheque!!!
I have had lots of different jobs, I have taught dance, been a roadie for a band, laid sod, did siding on houses (just three years ago). Like I said I have worked since I was 10, 46 years. I now have my own business that allows me to work on my time,(not for some loud uncouth trailer trash as the last job) and not so damn hard....lol!
Certainly not sour grapes as a big mouth online claimed, christ I quit, so why would someone have sour grapes. She sure took it back when I confronted her in person. She sure was apologetic lol!

Have a nice night Rick!

Sorry Rick first sentence is a bit fked. My computer is acting up and is keyboard is weird, or it is topix. I type really fast and it gets really frustrating when I look and see this..."Always can get job the industry in many departments too and have"......It should say " Always can get a job in the food industry/hospitality..in many departments, I have.

Can I say something without pissing you off....I doubt it!...but to me that's ok

I've worked since I was eight...many jobs, lawn mower, snow shoveler, poop miver,(pipe mover), bailing hey, pushing cows, truck driver,'dishwasher', cook, mechanic.... Marine

I took four rounds...one of which is still in my back at L3...
I still have fragments in my neck, left lung and left leg...
I have more stainless holding guts together than carter has liver pills...

I worked after that for more than 40 years...then faced cancer and won (so far)

Quit whining, get off your ass and go to work!

So what if he was going to sell it. It is not a hard drug. And the war on pot is as stupid as the ones who enforce it.

Now I am going to go light up my morning gagger.

the swearing, fighting and confrontational ways of the owner, her spouse and daughter is nerve racking, pots banging, was too hard to work there, so quit.
Also the older owner is a slob in kitchen never cleans up after herself, she hires people to do that, I have spent hours at the dish pit, and I was not hired to be a dishwasher.
