A woman survived after falling in front of a train in SoHo during the morning rush-hour commute Thursday, authorities said.
The woman fell to the tracks around 10 a.m., Thursday, as a B-train approached the Broadway-Lafayette station, officials said. It wasn’t immediately clear what caused her to fall.
She was alive when an ambulance rushed her to Lenox Hill Hospital.
D-train service was suspended between West Fourth Street and DeKalb Avenue and B-trains were delayed as rescuers shut off power and removed the victim from the tracks.
