That sounds like the old saying, never leave home with dirty underwear, cuz u never know when an accident could happen, and there u are in the hospital laying there for everyone to see you're dirty underwear.

OMG...Ever see the pictures of Tara in a casket that Laura Beth posted on Topix? That was unconscionable and unforgivable...and took exploiting a little girl to the limit...ok?
Bull Sh*t, she was HER Mother, and if that's the way she wanted to deal with it, then so be it. How dare you sit there on your self righteous high horse and dictate that that was unconscionable and unforgivable. The fact that you're even bringing THAT up in this thread makes me want to vomit, and you have the audacity to lecture us on exploiting children? What do you think you just did? Hypocrite!

A woman seeking advice because her kid was "inappropriately" dressed,(I don't think so, but whatever), to you bringing up a mother trying to deal with her loss unfathomable to the rest of us. Attention seeking whore!

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts...

Photographing the dead is an old practice that
started at the same time that cameras were invented.

Books of the dead were very common.

I imagine it's how and where you were raised. My
great grandparents used to photograph their dead.
My grandmother, however, didn't like this so she
would photograph the grave itself.
I imagine many ppl looking at our family photo album
would say that the pics of me and my cousins, each
yr on the ancestors graves, is morbid.
Personally I think it is morbid now. But when we
were kids it was normal.

I don't know this story.....and I don't Want to know.

I do know that you can't criticize a mother who has
lost her child. It's an unimaginable, unexpected, loss.

I'm still not sure how these women go on w/life afterwards.
