AS USUAL, I DON'T GIVE A RATS AZZ WHAT YOU THINK. For a supposed vet, you portray an excellent example of a fool.
I will thank the living every day and night and I will remember the dead every day and night.
What did you do yesterday to honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice besides swill a few beers and burn a few burgers.
Spoken like a true fraud.

I actually laid flags at Woods - the weather in Antigo sucked, not that telling that to a fraud would make any difference.

"...gather around their sacred remains and garland the passionless mounds above them with choicest flowers of springtime....let us in this solemn presence renew our pledges to aid and assist those whom they have left among us as sacred charges upon the Nation's gratitude,--the soldier's and sailor's widow and orphan."

"Respect your elders."

"Respect is earned."

Two sayings I'm sure we're all familiar with in some way. It's either one or the other, yes? No? What's your take?

Well, I applaud you for your actions. now lets see, i spent 4 hours Saturday distributing buddy Poppies and collecting donations for our relief fund. I spoke with 2 WWII vets, a few Korea War vets, countless Vietnam vets, widows, orphans and children and grandchildren of vets. I spent 4 hours Sunday doing the same thing. I went to city hall early Monday to set up our missing man table and the flags of each branch of the services. placed Buddy poppies at each table, participated in the annual Memorial day observance. delivered a certificate of appreciation at the ceremony from our state representative to one of our WWII members in attendance. Spoke in an interview on camera with the cities beauty queen on the subject of Memorial Day. Returned the Missing man table and the flags to my VFW Post and then spent a few hours with the members of my Post.
PS, he weather was perfect.

It has been my experience that those who cry the loudest and the longest are trying desperately to deflect attention from their own lives and deficiencies. You continue to attempt in your own inept way to denigrate my service to my country and it makes your own claims of service suspect.

You're opinion is as useless and unneeded as tits on a boar.
I am secure in who and what I am. You on the other hand must be quaking in your boots now that the Stolen Valor act is awaiting the signature of the POTUS.

And you can't forget to remember the living as well as
the dead.
Many soldiers are coming back in all states of
.........disrepair.(not sure if that's the right word
but it's the first one that came to mind.)
The same thing happens after every war.
This in reply to your post...
