What era in history would you like to be able to visit most?
The Pre-Cambrian for the solitude, the Mesozoic for the adventure and the pre-human habitation era of North America.

Jimmy Johns or Subway?(If those were the last two sandwich shops around.)

I have tried Subway and do not care for their food. I never heard of Jimmy Johns, but like the name enough to give them a try if I have the chance.

White bread or whole wheat? Or some other type if you like?

If by bad you mean cold and lots of snow, I hope so. I love a real winter.

Will you get in any skiing this winter?

In Philly the choice would be Geno's or Pat's...it's hard on Philly people to eat sandwiches out of our area...we have the BEST!!!

Oh yes. It hurts like heck.

Do you like the idea of having four distinct seasons, or would you prefer it be warm year round. Personally, I would really hate having no snow at Christmas time.

I actually love autumn and spring the best, I call them the transitional seasons..and I like having all 4.

If you HAD to choose, which season is your very favorite?

Winter. I love the feel of the icy cold air as it enters the lungs.

Have you ever eaten an icicle?

As a Philly resident, here's the real scoop.

A Cheesesteak needs at least three things:
1) most, most important - The Roll. Must be fresh and chewy. Baked today Italian long. Primo's, cut the top of your mouth, works also. Any decent local bakery. Without this, it's just a meat sandwich on Wonder bread (coughSubwaycough).

2) Thin sliced rib-eye steak. Preferably cooked on a seasoned grill.

3) Any real cheese according to your taste will do. Personally, I like Cooper Sharp. Cheeze-wiz is not a cheese. It's toxic waste in a can.

4) Include other toppings to your liking: ketchup, hot peppers, pepperoni, fried/raw onions, etc.

5) Pat's and Geno's are tourist attractions. Expect as much.

Indeed.

One of these days, Flyer players will get their name engraved on the Stanley Cup prior or after leaving the team.

Yay for Brind'Amour, Gagne, Sharp, Briere, Jagr, Richards, Justin Williams, Carter, Recchi, Eager, Fedotenko, Eaton, etc.

I'll just go sob in the corner now...:'(
