I used to be a speed demon - 145 mph (about 230 kph). I had a 69 Firebird and one day decided that I wanted to take it to the top of the speedo. Made it to 140 on the first attempt. The next day on the way home from work I got it to 145. The car and tires were never designed for that. I am lucky to be alive. These days, I am happy to hit 100 on the back roads.

How many cars have you owned?

Racing on a real raceway is on my bucket list. If I ever make my millions, I plan on paying for the opportunity to take a formula racer around the Indy track. They let folks do that but it costs a lot. I'd race a go cart on a real track if someone gave me the keys.

No, but I think I have climbed a mole hill once or twice....that was challenge enough.

Can you whittle?

We have a local Christmas parade that's fun to go to because my granddaughters are in it with their classes on floats each year.

What do you collect? Stamps? Coins? Cars? Dolls? What, if anything?
