14 stabbed by college student: 'He dresses weird' says classmate

Time for the Government "Knee Jerk Reflex", ban knifes, and/or start doing "Background checks". No cutting onions in your own home, or at least only after calling the cops to bring one knife over from "Government Storage" to make sure it is only used in the kitchen, then taken back to "Governmental Storage".
