My mother in law likes to drink and pick fights with me and tell me what I am doing wrong with my children and preach old wives tales to me and use my children against me and gets into fist fights with her man then calls us to come and get her so we can here her drunk crying and cussing and etc. So exhausting!

Thank you Jazz. She said when she met me (Robin brought me home...you know the drill lol) that she hit a home run!

Talk about a nice compliment! She was real sick toward the end and I was at her bedside when she breathed her last... My Mom and dad died when I was young (13 and 15), so it was natural to be drawn toward her.

She bragged about me to the folks her worked at her local grocery store! What a hoot! I was royalty when I went with her!

My wifes grandmother was like that. She's from the old country ( Italy ) and lemme tell you, I was more terrified to meet her than any of my wifes other relatives. She was such a sweet lady, so full of life and laughter, loved to feed ya, LOL, and oh my god could that woman cook! She told me once how she disliked my wifes 1st husband, that he was a pretender and up to no good....but she knew her baby granddaughter had hit a home run with me. To this day I believe Grandma Dolly is up there watchin over her little grand daughter and the clown she married LOL

SHE can't even spl or or do arithmatik or anything and that's why they are always broke. She just spends money but has no idea were it comes from. I sure wish my son would have met U first. The children are almost as smart as you are and they think their mommy is a really great person because she lets them smoke joints and have sex any time they want to with each other or their Dad. Wish he could have met a nice inteligent person like you first and maybe I wouldn't have to always be down at the jail with the Bail Bondsman getting his wife or him out of the slam. Hope your children grow up just like his kids.

I was blessed with a great mom in law. Well she is my ex mom in law now. But she said just because her son turned stupid and left me for another woman does not mean that I am not her daughter in law. We still have a wonderful relationship and she actually helped me thru the divorce. Needless to say , this did not set well with her son.LOL.

Getting married isn't always a mistake, you just need to be ABSOLUTLEY sure that they one you marry is THE ONE! I suggest living together for a few years so you get to know all of their nasty habits and they know yours...I was gun shy after my divorce, was married 13 years, I have been living with my bf for three years now, I know what I will be getting myself into this time when we tie the knot :o)

My mother-in-law rocks. She's German and can party. Myself, her son (my wife's bro) and I stayed up til 3:00 one morning drinking beer and playing guitar hero. She is a blast.
