I don't think you are the mean, hostile persona you portray. I think you have been deeply hurt by people in your past and are just broken right now. You criticize and use foul language because it's the only defense coping mechanism you have at this point. Don't pretend you don't care because I can read between the lines. By reading how upset you get, I can see that you are a deeply passionate person. Take a deep breath and filter yourself. Find better coping skills. Give yourself a break. It's obvious the deep love inside of you. I wish you all the best.

They lost a foot to Diabetes
They have heart desease and are on oxygen therapy
They live in the Hymalayas
They're shipwrecked on a desert island

Lots of unless' there.

500 calories is not safe to do - controlling your caloric input is a much safer bit of advice. Also, working out for 30 minutes a day right off the bat is not wise. Work up to it slowly. And if you are that overweight, consult a physician first. Making drastic changes in your diet and exercise regime could do more harm than good.

i think joining a club to "lose" weight is probably unrealistic, because if u dont cut the calories then it means u have to work a Lot harder on that equipment to burn the calories.
so it best to join the gym if u mainly want to tone up ur body.
but at some point in life, we get old, get saggy and well just plain dont look as good as the 20 yr old working out next to ya. so why bother.. lol

sometimes i dont mind being old, its a good excuse!

it doesn't say EAT 500 calories total, it says eat 500 calories less.
