Yeah. You can be counted on to make the most insightful comments. So in kind:

Suggestion 1: Put aside whatever you're doing in you "so-called life", pick up your firearms and "go west young man" to support that cheater, that deadbeat.
Suggestion 2: Leave your camouflage at home.
"Most of the grazing permit holders on public land are good stewards and law-abiding citizens, and Bundy is doing them a disservice with his actions. He is a perfect example of someone who publicly states that he abhors the federal government but who relies on it for his welfare."

See this all the time on political threads. People who have relied on the federal or state government for an income all their life have an absolute hatred for anyone who gets any kind public assistance. Kinda like, I got my pork but you can't have any?

He gives Barry instant relief 'sucking' on his before mentioned!

The Constitution provides that [t]he Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States.
That's bullshite and you know it!!!
Their rights come from the people. "WE" decide what, where, and when they do anything and we're about to make that public.

Exactly...there is no side of this that didn't do something wrong...

worked out well because no one had to start shooting but the bottom line is...the rancher does owe some cash for utilizing the land and the feds need to stop trying storm trooper tactics to back their agenda which is clearly not what the news media has spoon fed the public..

Did you eat beef last night? How much did it cost per Lb? Did you buy it from the goverment?
Ever eat tortoise? It doesn't taste as good as beef.
It says hundreds of ranchers paid these fees, yet still lost their livelihood. Raising cattle. Why do you suppose meat prices are soaring these days?

If anyone in this USA, thinks for a moment, this issue doesn't concern or affect them in a negative way...
well.
We can all go to hell in a taxable tortoise shell.

PS: What I'd give to be a fly on the wall when Phil and Clevin and family get together for a pow wow.

I've heard the Bundy family will start marketing surf & turf ( steak & turtle )
and producing Bundy Beer.

That's similar enough to sources I've read for background and context, so you get an 'attaboy' for it.

It's not a FULL accounting, however, because the actions and context ***of the actual confrontation*** of late last week isn't reported.

Like that guy in New York who was an election candidate running as the "Rent is too damn high" party, a "beef is too damn high" party can be formed and put up a candidate.

The price of beef ain't because of tortoises. Chicken and pork prices are up[ also.

Yes, "we" do -- every two years. Next election is Nov. 2014.

The U.S. Constitution is bullshit?! Or ... are you one that carries the pocket-sized Constitution around and: 1) can quote verbatim (or near enough accuracy) the 2nd Amendment; 2) incorrectly quote and misinterpret the 1st Amendment; and, 3) have no idea what's in the rest of it?

Article 4; Section 3; Clause 2:

"The Congress shall have power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States; and nothing in this Constitution shall be so construed as to Prejudice any Claims of the United States, or of any particular State.[8]

The Federal Property and Territory Clause or Property Clause gives the United States Congress exclusive authority to set rules and regulations for the management of public lands. For example, pursuant to a parallel clause in Article One, Section Eight, the Supreme Court has held that states may not tax such federal property. In another case, Kleppe v. New Mexico, the Court ruled that the Federal Wild Horse and Burro Act was a constitutional exercise of congressional power under the Property Clause at least insofar as it was applied to prohibit the New Mexico Livestock Board from entering upon the public lands of the United States and removing wild burros under the New Mexico Estray Law.[9]

True.... However alcohol blended fuels can be good. Ethanol is a very poor choice. Performance wise and economically. Butanol would have been the wiser choice.
