That's true. When I served on jury duty I thought it might be interesting but it was like watching paint dry.
That said, several other judges on TV find ways of making interesting without abusing their authority and acting like a self-righteous P.O.S. Hell, she rarely even bothers to hear the whole case. The best is when she says that she didn't go on to be a judge to hear and figure out peoples petty squabbles. Hate to break it to you honey, that is exactly what small claims court is there for. If it is a waste of your time, get a different job.
I get that it is a show, but it paints a disfigured portrait of justice. Sadly there are many judges in real courtrooms who are exactly like her.

Police cameras on corners, ID Chips, NSA recordings, NSA Talking your picture on yahoo, random recording of telephone calls without warrants, etc. That is spying. Privacy is paramount to freedom.
If you want to hear General Chin talk to General Omar, go plead your reason and get a warrant. Don't recording and watching everyone at all times

Exactly! Small claims court is about petty suites. It is not a waist of her time to hear them, that is her entire job.

Not sure what banning has to do with anything, and if I were truly banned, I would not be able to post here. No?

Your gun powder scenario is an extreme to the insane. Which, sadly, has become what I expect from you.

I do not break laws, I fight the correct way to have them repealed, contrary to your childish beliefs.

OK you dragged me off topic in order to reply to this. Many crimes against citizens by those hired to "protect and serve" have been exposed by cameras in squad cars, businesses, and random folks using their cell phones. Not necessarily a bad thing in my opine. Also the chip or signals (what ever) in cells have helped locate lost people and in more cases than one, the victims of crime before they were harmed to death.

ID chips, not cell phone chips. Chips on ID cards. Police cameras i squad cars is one thing. Cameras recording peoples every move from poles is another. My old Hometown you cant even go to the store three blocks away from your house without passing a few of them. Peopel are being watched everywhere they go. The small benefits don't outweigh the huge negatives. the government and the police don't have any right to just follow and track everybody like they are doing.

Playing devils advocate here... What would you think if one of yours, was discovered naked in the kindergarten bathroom with one of theirs? Should the teacher get fired?
Realizing that you would be under the same amt. of scrutiny as the other parents, should CPS be called? Should there be an investigation?

You are such a wealth of bad information.
You make this easy.....
Washington State Supreme Court disagrees with you.

“People have a right to have those messages delivered without fear of government intrusion or interception, and if the government wants to intrude or intercept them, they have to get a warrant or a wiretap to do so.”

"Text messages can encompass the same intimate subjects as phone calls, sealed letters and other traditional forms of communication that have historically been strongly protected under Washington law," Gonzalez wrote in Hinton's case.
