Well then??? Why do you people keep mentioning 'Spike Lee'??? I have never mentioned Spike Lee when I created this thread......the man's name is DONALD STERLING!
It's called comparison, and pointing out of hypocrisy.

How would they keep him from attending a game? If he buys a ticket,he can go to one. It's not against the law so, they could not have him arrested.Besides the cops in there would be too busy watching the game to bother with him.

Everyone but you can recognize a typo.
Unless you are just looking for a stupid argument, your post is meaningless.
Well.....it's meaningless regardless.

This just in -- tonight, CBS reported the formal timeline of due process within the NBA Constitution and by-laws. The due process can conclude with the Commish taking over control of the team with an affirmative vote of 23 of the 30 team owners.

The Commish may have the value of the team organization appraised and put up for sale; but, Sterling could tie all this up in court action.

The report also listed some celebrities interested in buying.

Seems like 'the girl' is publicly auditioning for a science fiction movie role -- have you seen that visor she's been wearing?! Allow me to refer to her as 'digger.

Supposedly,'digger has about 100 hours of recorded conversations between them; therein, entailing an object lesson for old rich guys on the make -- only perfunctory phone conversations, and recording devices left at the door [important for young rich guys too, see: Prince Harry] subject to search of body cavities.

Yes, Sterling has settled (or been fined) on rental discrimination allegations. He has charitable donations in his 'public ledger' for all to see. Yes, he's entitled to his private beliefs and opinions. Well, as a public figure those transform once no longer private even when the context of such conversation is the psychology of private domestic arguments.

These private utterings -- part of which exposes the plantation massa mentality - tip that balance. Seems to me that the public utterings of 'Duck Phil' and Cowboy Cliven aren't that many steps away in this "happy slave" bullshit.

There is an inalienable right to speak your mind. There is a right to yell 'FIRE' in a theater. In context of government criticism, you CAN bluster and threaten anything you want. But, at some point there are consequences that won't be denied.

boy did I have this wrong....... I thought it was about name calling..........

The woman who recorded Donald Sterling’s infamous racist rant is milking the scandal for all it’s worth.

V. Stiviano has been parading around Los Angeles in her now-trademark face visor — and even has an entourage decked out in baseball caps bearing her name.

During a bizarre encounter with photographers outside a La Brea Avenue restaurant, Stiviano — whose recording of Sterling got the LA Clippers owner banned for life from the NBA — claimed that she would eventually lead the free world.

“One day, I will become president of the United States of America. And I will change the legislation and laws,” she said, according to video posted online.“Modern-day history. Civil-rights movement.”
