14 farm?
wow have things changed
Yeah, but the rural thing is still city, right?

I thought I saw somewhere that over 52% of the land in Lee County was farmland?

I could be wrong.

Yes I think values and morals should be taught at home, not school. Sex Educations is just that, sex education, its not teaching moral or values. Thats our problem here in MS that so many people want to teach moral and values in school, I do not.

But the sex ed (as taught in public school) is more of a "How to guide" than anything else. They teach morals all right, but those morals tend to be "Screw anything that moves, but use a condom while you're doing it". Public school sex ed is driven by popular culture, not by science.

You do not have to use public schools. In fact if you were a responsible parent that could afford a child you would pay for the schooling. Education is just that the knowledge to use wisdom for the better. The technical facts are just the beginning of knowledge. You have to know how to have self control to take action on the knowledge.

Being born to a single parent is not the same as a single household. Many live with their parents or mate but not married.
You need to have a vocabulary before you can find the facts.

The parents do not teach how to have sex. The parents do not teach responsibility if they can not afford to provide an education and require the Government to watch their children and condition them.

Public school training is guided by corporations not popular culture. But then you also have a TV which teaches the poor human behavior.

First the minority is not just black I would think Rednecks are also a minority compared to people that do not label themselves that. If you check we have Hispanics. American Indians, Asian etc.
Reads the fine print then you can call yourself a H.S. grad.

Corporations and popular culture are one and the same, in many cases. One drives the other. Thats why Pepsi hires Beyonce to bounce around while singing about the virtues of drinking their sugary concoction, and Shaquille O'Neal is selling cars and arthritis cream..........

Oh yeah, I forgot to add the 1.7% Hispanic population and insert the "naught into naught Bubba" quotient.

It's still not more than the white population.

City-Data is a private Illinois-based social networking and information website known for its comprehensive profiling system of U.S. cities, containing everything from sex offender lists to general city guides. City-data.com is owned and operated by Advameg, Inc. According to Quantcast, which directly measures the traffic to City-data.com , as of May 7, 2012, it is ranked as 72nd largest website in the United States with over 13 million visitors per month and it is visited by the audience more educated than the Internet average. The website was created in 2003.

"it is visited by the audience more educated than the Internet average."

That would explain why you haven't used it yet, eh?
