Not about winning or losing, about free speech. But I guess you know that.

Actually, bible scriptures are very appropriate at football games. Scriptures from the most violent, mindless organization in the world used at a violent, mindless sporting event?

Nothing could be more fitting.

We have to go back to when the constition was written.

For me the separation of church and state is so that England can't shove The Church of England beliefs on us.

The separation of church and state should not deny me to be a Catholic outside me home

For those who object to kids saying ONE NATION UNDER GOD in the pledge of allegence. Get over yourselves. Just don't say it. Don't deny me to say ONE NATION UNDER GOD.

Maybe there are certain things decent people never joke about. Nobody said it wasn't a joke. You can take a joke AND support free speech for the right wing and all who do what is right.

Would it be funny to joke about God causing those who joke about Christians to be blinded, raped, maimed, and to lose their kids? And if someone doesn't get just a joke, would it be right to use the excuse, it was just a joke, and then make sexual digs about them for speaking up and not pretending to like an offensive joke they hate? If jokes against Christians are good, why not gay jokes, Black jokes, and jokes about women who were too stupid to avoid sex or use protection and who must murder as a form of birth control?

How many times that we read something in the Bible stop us from doing something that we shouldn't be doing.

Throughout recorded history, religions have been responsible for more thievery, slavery, torture, murder, genocide, and child molestation than all other nefarious organizations that have ever existed in the world COMBINED, including Hitler's Third Reich.

Using scripture from such toxic organizational sources is entirely appropriate at football games where dim witted jocks do their level best to pound in each others thick skulls while scantily clad cheerleaders and blood thirsty fans cheer them on to injury.
