We all know you can't fight the law in and small towns have Home Rule? There is the question of what part lies on said municipality due to neglect, negation and even nondisclosure? Because we all know that facts are overlooked and even hide from those investigating and the medeation people that loon at only the facts brought before them? This in no way is the a just system because the people bringing only facts that they want the medeators to see?

So this is comparable to insider trading because said parties come together with all facts and negosiate what will be hered before medeators putting a hinderance on the justice system that will preside to pass judgment?
