Just yesterday at work several people were commenting how much they do not care for Michelle Grossman. She is definitely not ready for the "main market." Maybe she could do a few years in Buffalo or Akron?

I definitely agree, Momma. She isn't quite natural behind the camera yet and stumbles over her words at times. She is improving, but I don't think a major city like Philly is the place to hone your skills.

I am annoyed by her mispronunciaton of key meteorological terms, such as temperature ("temperture"). Her diction is slurred and I think she tries too hard to animate the weather. She should also lose the bangs--her features need to be softened by longer layers sweeping across her face.

I agree Joe. She never wears a skirt above the knee. She actually isn't that bad looking at all. Her and Stacy Weaver are a good combo on the weekends
