There was a contractig problem wih the vendor and they've decided to go with a vendor known for its failures call over teh place? This vendor failed to deliver 30,000 messages at Virginia Tech, 100,000 messages for a tornado in Ft Collns CO, failed to deliver 3,000 messages for a fast moving firestorm in Boulder CO, failed during Hurricane Irene? It seems there old vendr was difficult to work out contracts with but they've chosen a proven failure in Branson? Wow?
