During the 1930s, Mrs. Brenda Runyon and my mother, Lena Livingston Randle took the train to Fulton, Ky.,where they hired a mule-drawn wagon to trudge over a primitive log road to Reelfoot Lake situated in Lake County, Tennessee's northwest corner near Tiptonville.
