How come they dont give out cards in more well off neighborhoods to poor people.
For instance everyone in Long Beach Long Island got a card regardless of income. Meanwhile Atlantic Beach, Lido Beach Point Lookout, Oceanside nearby towns that got flood got nothing as they are assumed richer.
However, some folks live in dumpy houses in these towns and are lumped in as rich while folks in pent house condos in Long Beach are lumped in as poor. Got to a be a better way
