County Road 98 west of Woodland reopens following construction
Construction on the stretch of road began in August of last year, and was expected to finish within 185 days and cost approximately $7.8 million.

If they completed ahead of schedule then why did they. Have to keep changing the date of opening on the electronic signs?
This was a huge waste of money just to add a bike lane. The rest of the fluff reasons for this project are pure BS.
