Yup. With enough money, New York can survive global warming and sea level rise.

But can this be extended to ALL the vulnerable cities. Not likely..

Yeah, yeah, yeah...... the people that will make lots of money planning for, & building for AGW will cope happily. Also, people coping happily include those who will be rich & able to leave cities when the planners' & builders' ideas don't work 100% of the time.

Lots of people won't be able to leave. Case in point: blue collars of Breezy Point say they will rebuild again at the same place. They got nowhere else to go.

AHH the golden word is if. So without if yes we would have more sea front property.Anyway they would redistrict to make more sea front property.
