This is going to be very important to the agriculture industry which needs to be able to plan how to adapt to AGW change in heat and rainfall. Even then, they will be massively impacted.
As will city dwellers in terms of their needs for A/C and power.

How much CO2 does the air need (clearly 400ppm is not doing it's job) to make days like this impossible:

AGW enhanced warm Siberian fronts push into the high Arctic, causing temperatures to rise 10-14degC higher than normal. The energetic warm fronts push Arctic cold fronts south to the southern U.S. & even as far as Mexico & Central America. Many times in late 2013, northern Canadian lands, only 920 to 1300 miles north of Seattle & Minnesota have been -40degC to -46degC(-51degF), as Arctic cold outbreaks descend to the U.S.
Yeah, the cold is due to.......AGW.
