HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST TAX PAYERS? WERE IS D&R? WE CAN SPEND MONEY ON THE KATY TRAIL .BUT WE CAN"T PUT SHOULDERS ON HWY"S D DD AND FIX F IN ST CHARLES COUNTY. IF WE THE TAX PAYERS FIXS THE KATY ALL OF THE BIKE RIDERS SHOUD HALF TO RIDE IT.
