DPW concerned with how much salt they need to use

Public safety costs, contracts, promotions, raises, new cars for public officials and Mayor leaving all other services left with nothing. in the end you can add more taxes and a huge increase to come for clueless city hall and it's administration which have all but bankrupted Utica and it's tax paying homeowners. get out of Utica and fast before you to have to foreclose and go bankrupt.

Problem is they had a surplus last year and decided they had enough for this year and never ordered any extra. Here we are 1 full week of winter weather and they used just about half the their yearly supply.

Seems more like a management issue then a budget issue.

better get a requistion in to order another delivery or be prepared for law suits.. Which do you prefer to fund?

Bet they didn't file a need requirement with the supplier and will now have to pay a much higher rate since they won't be able to use the contract price.. Seems like only Utica would base need upon a freak of nature winter like last year.
