if the competitive bidding process is jeopardized, then appropriate steps must be taken to protect the public interest.

A bid is materially unbalanced if there is a reasonable doubt, the Division Administrator should determine the reason for the unbalancing and, when warranted, take appropriate steps to protect the Federal interest..$$$$$

take a hike Anna Maria Chávez.....Baby!

Bellefontaine is not buying the property. Two conservation organizations are buying the property with grant money and donating the property to Bellefontaine to keep the camp in public hands.

Btown may have some costs in operating the camp, but these same two organizations are pledging to volunteer time and money to upkeep the camp.

Kind of hard to turn down this opportunity to own an amazing piece of property for FREE.

Maybe the Fair Board could buy it and have a decent Logan County Fair. Of course, they should vote in some new members that actually know how to run a fair. I have been to many county fairs and Logan and Defiance are running a very close tie, for the worst. Fairfield , Harden and Champaign county fairs are among the best. Richwood has a better fair than Union Co. although it is in Union co. Marysville is gettng worse every year.
